Upcycled Hat

I made this hat for my sweet little nephew Bekkett! I got the idea from I am Momma Hear Me Roar! I love her blog and check it daily! She has such great ideas for boys and my sister LOVES it, because I end up making lots of things for her boys, because I just have my one little girl! I am adding this to my Etsy Shop as well today, so if you would like one, you can get one there!

Fleur de Lis

I always love looking at adult clothing and making onesies and outfits that look more stylish than just the traditional baby stuff! That is what inspired these shirts! I saw the colored swirly pattern at HL and it was on SALE, which I am always a sucker for! I grabbed a few just to see how they worked...mind you that was probably 4 months ago. I tried it on a blue shirt and it didn't even show up and then when I went back and read the directions it said that it was best to use on light colored shirts! :) Reading the directions pays off sometimes! ;)

I also LOVE the image of the fleur de lis, so I did a stamp of it in black to get those layers! I love, love, love how its not a solid black image! I have a few more of the green, so look for them at my etsy shop!

I love that I posted a picture of this onesie on FB and I had 4 or 5 people comment that they would wear one of these in their size! It made me smile!

This one turned out a lot lighter than the green, but I still love how it turned out! This one was an order, so that is why the name Carpenter is on the back!

Cowboy inspired Onesie!

I am a proud aunt of a new little guy name Jarom Boyd! My brother is 100% cowboy and I used him as my inspiration for this one! I thought that he would love a more western themed onesie! I made the vest so that it buttons up higher and kept it in a more western type colors, although....I would use these same colors for lots of things! I decided just to put cloth buttons on instead of adding real buttons and hand stitched an x in the center. This was such a fun onesie to make for my handsome little nephew!

New Shirts for Camping!

I had a client call me and wanted to make little shirts for all the little kids that are going camping together! She asked that they have their names on them! I did the first letter real big in a box and added something a little different for each one! She was specific that Kloee wanted Zebra, Rio needed something Western, and Langston needed the checkers, and Mesa and Piper something with flowers! I decided to do Paisley for Piper and LOVE it! I thought they all turned out WAY CUTE...but I think that about most projects! ;)

Minnie!

This lil girl LOVES Minnie Mouse! She is turning 2 and goes by Sassy! I thought it turned out way cute! :)

Lil' Froggy

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE how this set turned out! I hand painted the frog on the front and the hat! I made the shoes a little bit more plain, so that this handsome lil guy could wear them with more than just this cute froggy outfit! :)
